Attorney David Marsocci joined Dolan Connly, P.C. in April of 2002 to manage and oversee the Real Estate Department. His practice is focused in the areas of conveyancing, land use, landlord-tenant law, foreclosure, eviction proceedings, property tax disputes, creditors’ rights, and real estate-related litigation. Attorney Marsocci has extensive trial experience and his clients include numerous banks, mortgage companies, developers and property managers. He is a member of both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars.
Attorney Marsocci has authored numerous articles covering a variety of topics including condominium conversions, the Homestead Act, U.S. Internal Revenue Code section 1031 tax-deferred like-kind exchanges, nominee trusts and other landlord-tenant matters. He has served as the Chairman of the Hull Zoning Board of Appeals and was a member of the Duxbury Zoning Board of Appeals.
