Barbara D. Connly
Associate
Personal Injury Department
Attorney Barbara Connly joined Dolan Connly, P.C. on the day the firm opened in 2000. For over two decades, she has focused her practice on representing clients in personal injury claims and litigation. Attorney Connly has handled cases for individuals injured due to motor vehicle collisions, dog bite incidents and other injuries caused by dogs, trip and fall incidents, falls on ice, prescription medication errors, construction incidents, as well as electric shock and fire-related incidents. These cases have included the representation of individuals who sustained serious permanent physical injuries, emotional injuries, scarring and lost earning capacities, as well as the representation of estates of deceased individuals. Attorney Barbara Connly works closely with Attorney Gregory Connly and Claims Manager Barry McIsaac to provide each client with superior legal representation.
Prior to joining Dolan Connly, P.C., Attorney Connly worked for eight years as a defense attorney for insurance companies in litigation involving personal injury. This background has proven invaluable in her current practice representing plaintiffs. It has enabled her to provide her clients with an understanding of insurance coverage and the techniques employed by insurers to try to limit their exposure. As a result of understanding both sides of personal injury litigation, Attorney Connly is able to get the best resolution for her clients.
